Yes, this means that we just received our new digital cameras! As we all know, a picture is worth a thousand words, and we have a very important story to tell. For the past several years we’ve struggled to tell that story with out-dated cameras that couldn’t even capture the slightest motion without blurring. This year, one of our goals was to get some cameras that were good enough quality to allow even non-trained photographers (staff members) to capture our story through photos. In CPR classes, out in the middle of disasters, at preparedness presentations – wherever we are we want to be capturing what is going on so we can let people know about it. So we found a place that could give us a discount on some good, affordable cameras…and now I’m waiting patiently as those little batteries take their nap.
