Talk About Customer Service! On-Duty Comcast Employee Saves A Stranger

Paul Hennan – recently trained in CPR and First Aid – was on an installation call last week in Philomath. When he arrived at the apartment complex he heard a woman screaming for help.
Approaching the scene, he saw a man lying face down on the sidewalk. Hennan quickly retrieved his First Aid kit from the truck and (with gloves) turned the man over, checked his airway and found that he wasn’t breathing. He told the woman to call 911 and started performing CPR until medics could take over.
The man is expected to make a full recovery. And – of course – doctors credit Hennan for his quick, live-saving action.

How fantastic is that? Big props to Paul Hennen and the instructors who taught him! These stories remind us why we do what we do.
