WIRED Magazine loves to do Top 10 lists for all sorts of fascinating high-tech gizmos, but this is a rare one that is decidedly low-tech. It’s not from Red Cross, but it looks like a pretty handy list. (And by “handy” I mean potentially life-saving.)
