On Monday, May 12th, one adult male (senior) had a major fire in his mobile home in Forest Grove. The home was declared a total loss. On Tuesday, after being hospitalized for smoke inhalation, the client was assisted with:

— A client assistance card for initial food and clothing needs.
— Two nights in a nearby motel.

With help from family and social services the client plans to find assisted living housing.
