I’ve mentioned this initiative before. All you have to do is sign up, pick your cause of choice, and then every time you send a message via Windows Live Messenger or Windows Live Hotmail, Microsoft will share a portion of their ad revenue with that cause. (If you choose the American Red Cross the donations go to our Disaster Relief Fund.) It’s a pretty cool reason to message your friends. Plus, aren’t these little badges (see above) adorable?
