As promised, Julie and I set up a craft table in the lunch area today to make Holiday Cards For Heroes.  By by the end of lunchtime we – along with several co-workers – had created 45 uniquely awesome cards. 

I attempted to make a whole Portland cityscape on one card. It turned out to look… interesting. But better than our artwork may have been our pun-making. Seen on these cards are sayings such as:  “Snow doubt you’ll have a happy holiday!” and “Have yoursELF a happy holiday!”
