On May 25, 2008 an adult had a fire in their house in Seaside. When the Red Cross disaster volunteers arrived, they assisted the adult by providing:

–A client assistance card to shop for food and clothing.
–A comfort kit with shampoo, soap, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste and a package of Kleenex.
