On Sept. 12, a family living in a travel trailer in Forest Grove had a fire. The family of two, had no where to go, needed clothes and food. When the Red Cross Volunteers arrived they assisted the family with:
–Three nights stay in a nearby motel.
–A client assistance card to shop for food and clothing.
–Comfort kits containing shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, washcloth, comb, and
Kleenex.

On Sept. 14, 2 adults had a fire in their apartment, in Portland. When the Red Cross volunteers arrived they assisted the 2 people with:
–Two nights stay in a nearby motel.
–A client assistance card to shop for food and clothing.
–Comfort kits.
