Nope. Those are some real Bavarian Red Crossers carrying a fake “casualty” (or, as I call them, “fake-talities”) to the “decontamination site”  during a drill at the U.S. Army Garrison in Garmisch, Germany.

As you know, we Red Crossers participate in a lot of drills. I have not yet gotten to wear one of those cool, funny-looking suits though. (*hrumph*)
