We’ve had snow. We’ve had rain. And now the ground is so wet that we’re seeing landslides.

Do you know if your home is in a landslide hazard zone? Well, according to an article in The Oregonian, it’s wise to do a little research yourself.

To see how your home is rated for landslide risk, go to the Oregon Coastal Atlas and zoom to your property’s location. Then consider buying landslide insurance (separate from a typical homeowners policy) and improving drainage.
