The Portland chapter of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community USA began its series of blood drives in 2010 with a blood drive at the Portland Rizwan Mosque on Saturday. In an effort to help the American Red Cross increase its blood supply and show support for the community, they are targeting to collect 200 bags of blood this year.
