Preparedness Poster Contest Open to all Oregon Elementary School Students

OregonLive.com,
in partnership with the American Red Cross, CenturyLink and Unitus Community
Credit Union, is offering students the opportunity to create their own
preparedness poster and a chance to win an emergency preparedness kit for
their school.
The winning poster designs will be used in online ads
promoting preparedness for the American Red Cross.
Five
winners will be selected, one from each of the following age groups: Grades K-1,
grades 2-3, grades 4-5, grades 6-7, and grade 8.  Entries
must be received by Oct. 20, 2012.

To enter, visit www.oregonlive.com/contests and
follow the instructions to complete, submit and print a copy of the entry form.
Children must create their poster on the provided template. Submit the child’s
poster via email attachment to contests@oregonlive.com,
or mail the entry form and poster creation to “OregonLive.com, ARC Contest, 620 SW 5th Ave., Suite 300,
Portland, OR 97204.
