A Lesson on Lightning

I might not be able to predict earthquakes, but I could definitely see the signs of a summer storm yesterday afternoon. The sky was gray, the air humid and rain was clearly on the way. So, evidently, was lightning.

In Damacus, two men were struck while outside, apparently having a conversation. There were also reports of a small tornado.

So do you know what to do when lightning strikes? Read up on how to stay safe and then take the quiz! I’ll even give you the first question right here:

Where is the most dangerous place to be during a lightning storm?
A) Indoors
B) Outdoors
C) In your car

(Need help? The answer is B.)
