One Holiday Project I Don’t Mind Starting Early
If you’re like me, you cringe at how quickly all the billboards and store displays switch into Winter Holiday Mode the instant Halloween is over. I like to take things one at a time – fall before winter, Thanksgiving before gift-giving.
BUT here’s one exception. This holiday season the Red Cross’ goal (along with project partner, Pitney Bowes) is to send one million holiday cards to our troops. That’s a lot of cards – which means we’ve got to get started now.
So get out your favorite writing pen, your scissors if your feeling crafty (if not, it’s cool to just buy cards), and send your cards to:

I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don’t know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.
