A volunteer noticed this in a slideshow of photos from the earthquake aftermath in China and forwarded it to us. There are a few different photos of people donating blood at a mobile blood bank in Hefei, China to help those injured in the quake. I’m not positive, but this could be run by the Hefei Red Cross Blood Center.
